BEIJING, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) — The Japanese authorities should listen to the call of the people, fulfill the country’s obligation under international law of not accepting, producing, possessing or proliferating nuclear weapons, and stop playing with fire on the issue of nuclear weapons, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said on Friday.
