KHAO is an AI-assisted news aggregation platform that collects, scores, clusters, and presents publicly available news articles from third-party sources. KHAO does not create original reporting. The importance scores, editorial groupings, and digest formats are KHAO's own original work.

The Service is provided as a static, read-only publication. KHAO does not offer user accounts, subscriptions, or interactive features beyond read access and file downloads.

3. Intellectual Property

KHAO's original work — the curation methodology, importance scoring algorithm, cluster logic, digest formats, and all original editorial text — is protected by copyright and owned exclusively by KHAO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from KHAO's original work without prior written permission.

Third-party content — headlines, summaries, and excerpts from source publications — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. KHAO presents this content under fair use / fair dealing principles and does not claim ownership of it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or republish KHAO's original scoring data or digest formats at scale without written permission
Use the Service to train machine learning models without complying with the Bot Policy
Misrepresent the source of KHAO content or present it as your own
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract KHAO's scoring algorithm
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

Personal, non-commercial reading and sharing is always permitted.

5. Third-Party Content

KHAO aggregates content from third-party publishers. KHAO is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content. Links to external sources are provided for convenience; KHAO does not endorse the views expressed by linked publications.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KHAO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. News content is aggregated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

Nothing on KHAO constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Do not act on KHAO content without seeking qualified professional guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KHAO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

KHAO's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
