Summary

The commercial real estate services firm said the acquisition reflects the “growing importance” of data centers, and would allow it to offer services across the data center lifecycle. Founded in 2018, VIPA has a resume of more than 168 data center projects across 31 countries. The VIPA team will join JLL’s Work Dynamics division, led by its founders Vijay Mistry and Paul Cranfield, who will report to Sue Asprey Price, CEO of EMEA Work Dynamics and global head of portfolio services. “This acquisition is a clear demonstration of JLL's commitment to the data center sector as a core pillar of our Accelerate 2030 strategy and positions us to expertly support our clients' data center solutions now and into the future,” said EMEA CEO Price.
