Place North West reports Schroders Capital has acquired the Equinix-leased facility from Invesco. The facility was reportedly on the market earlier this year for £15.35 million ($20.5m). Equinix operates the two-story, 3MW facility at its MA3 data center, offering around 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sqm) of technical space and able to offer densities of up to 20kW per rack.
